the DIET programme

ok.this is how we consume JUS DIETMATE 5.

DIRECTION
take around 300-400ml cold water.add a sachet.shake n drink.
make sure there is no eating/sweet drink 2 HOURS before you take JUST DIETMATE 5
and 3 HOURS after u consume it.it is to optimized the fat burning process.drinks at least 2 l per day (u can achieve it by drink a glass per hour)

THE DIET PLANNING


for those above 100kg

BREAKFAST : nasi lemak 50sen/mee@meehun@keauytiaw small plate/2 slice of bread with margarine + a glass of plain water
LUNCh 1pm : JUS DIET MATE 5
DINNER 7pm: vege soup/fruits
10pm : JUS DIET MATE 5


for those below 100kg

for those who want to flatten the tummy

DINNER 7pm: halves the usual serving size
10pm : JUS DIET MATE 5

the key is to be very2 DISCIPLINE.if u feel hungry,grab a glass of plain water.thats the tips!
