Actually ive started my diet programme 2 days ago:
to be exact 17th January 2009.My weight was
**kg.im not overweight.it just on the edge of my ideal weigths.which is very very prone to overweight.
and today after 2 days,19th January i lost 1.5kg ,which is amazing.
before,the scale stopped and stagnant at the same numeric.and it is really
hard to going down even i practicing a jog and diet.
